Privacy Policy
Here is what Toastworthy handles when you create and unlock a wedding speech.
Operator
Toastworthy, an AMQ company, operated by AMQ Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Speech details and drafts
To make a draft, you provide details such as your role, the couple’s names, how you know them, memories, tone, length, and anything to leave out. Toastworthy stores those details with the generated speech. The speech page loads that record using the speech ID in its link; anyone with the link can open it.
Drafts and rewrites
Speech details are processed by AI to generate a draft. If you request a rewrite, those details and your rewrite direction are processed to generate the revised draft. The current generated speech is stored with the speech record.
Checkout and email delivery
To use hosted checkout, you provide an email address for payment and delivery of a paid speech. Toastworthy passes it to checkout and stores it with the checkout. After payment is verified, the app stores it as the delivery address and uses it to send the receipt and full speech.
Analytics
Toastworthy records daily aggregate page views and speech-flow events. These analytics include the page path, a referrer hostname, and allow-listed UTM tags when present; full referrer URLs, speech IDs, speech answers, and visitor IDs are not stored in analytics. Toastworthy does not use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
